Donna Edwards is board certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and has been a licensed nurse since 1978. She has worked in Emergency Triage of Psychiatric Problems and worked on many inpatient Psychiatric Units. Since 2003, she has been a Nurse Practitioner helping people with emotional and mental problems live successful and productive lives, believing that combination of medication and psychotherapy help people get better. She has worked in collaboration with Dr. Boris Rubashkin since 2004. She believes that everyone can get better and progress is possible for everyone.

Ms. Edwards has special interest in depression, anxiety, relationship problems, codependency, and addictions. She has also worked with geriatric patients and patients on the Autism spectrum.

As a mother who raised three children, Rosslyn intimately understands the challenges of parenting and brings that same real-world empathy to her sessions. When she is not in the office, she dedicates her time to global service, participating in medical missions to the Philippines to bring healing to communities in need.

Her background encompasses a diverse field of work from special education to a school psychologist and now a professional counselor interested in serving a variety of groups including adolescents, young adults, older adults and seniors struggling with life adversities along with more complex aspects of mental health. She graduated with a BA at Cal Poly Pomona and MA at Houston Baptist University.

Ms. Quiroz’s top specialties are anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, relationship issues, and PTSD. She also specializes in ADD/ADHD, family issues, LGBTQIA+, stress management, anger management, panic disorders, cultural & ethnic issues, grief or loss, maternal mental health, women's issues, and trauma. Steve Rossi is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and has been in the mental health field since 1981. He is a Christian Counselor who enjoys helping people heal change and grow through difficult times.

Steve has held a variety of positions throughout his career in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings. Steve worked in a national adolescent and child private practice before starting his own practice in 1987. He also led a team of mental health professionals that offered counseling services for the survivors of the October 1994 Texas flooding disaster.

Steve’s passion and expertise is working with MEN and their families in dealing with a variety of issues. He is particularly devoted to helping men overcome anxiety, depression, addictions, and relational problems in their marriages, as well as their struggles over their relationship with God.

Steve has been a guest speaker on Christian radio stations KSBJ, KHCB, and AFR. He also wrote a book titled, A Father’s Words, How Fathers Make or Break Their Children. Steve has written numerous newsletters and articles which are posted on his website thechristiancounselor.com and he has a YouTube channel titled: Steve Rossi Christian Counselor in Houston Texas.
