We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits, including copays, deductibles, and any prior authorization requirements.

If your insurance is not listed below, we can still verify your benefits and check with them if your visit will be covered. If the provider you wish to see is not in-network with your insurance, we can also verify your out-of-network benefits.
Out-of-Network Coverage: Many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
